LH have no shame, they broke the regulation anyway, you should have been rebooked on the next available flight & your SEN, imagine how they treat non status pax
They just expect pax to suck it up, very few spend the time to pursue them, which means their policy of flouting regulations pays off for them.
Only Dr Boese could bring them to book.
