Tun Xiang Hokkien Delights. Their Crispy Nanru Iberico pork is excellent (and so are the Hokkien Mee). They source all their pork from Spain.

As others have said, once you're in, they're not going to kick you out. I would think you'd be able to get back in anytime that day but I'm not sure about the next day. If it were me, this is what I'd do. Head straight to TPR upon arrival and check in with your inbound boarding pass. Eat, nap, shower in whatever order you want. Head into the city. Before you leave TPR, you can chat with person at desk to inquire what credentials you need to get back in later that day as a double check to make sure you can get back in. Probably just boarding pass.
Explore city for the day and then you can head back to airport. I'd get back in time to eat dinner at TPR but that's just me. Then you can either try to stay there overnight and see how it goes but be prepared to get a room elsewhere. Or sleep in a chair in the First class lounge. The plus side to this is you can keep eating your way through the lounge until your flight the next morning.
You can access upto 24 hours post landing. On the off-occaision I am not overnighting in SG, I have used TPR in the morning and then re-entered in the evening prior to an onward flight, with time in between spent in SG.

No. Is it better than just about every other lounge not call La Premiere? I think so. It's also 'free' and unlimited. The first lounge also has plenty of good food if you get punted there for the night and morning and can't get back into TPR the next morning. No a la carte. But the buffet and the chef area are both good.
The F&B has got a lot better and the service is pretty good. Though, certain food is pretty cheap in SG and they have some great cocktail bars (a story for another time

Final Note - the Senator Lounge in FRA is a massive disappointment. Can't believe this counts as a 'first class lounge.' It has plenty of shower suites and that's about it. I prefer the food in a Delta Skyclub. I usually skip the lounge altogether on the SQ layover and just stretch my legs walking through the admittedly boring airport. You're not missing anything there. Fortunately, there's too much food on the SQ flight so I'm never hungry for the 2 hours. I did a quick spin through the AC lounge and didn't think much of that either.
Yeah the FRA lounge situation is not good. SQ treats LX F pax (and LH F pax, when LH used to operate LH F to SIN) in SIN far better -- the champagne available to those F class pax in the SKL F is better than what you can get in the various FCLs of LH Group or even AF LP. The FRA SEN lounge for the time OP is flying off is best of the bunch. But I agree, certainly skippable unless you want to freshen up.
On an aside SQ has tried unsuccessfully to gain access to FCL B in FRA for years. LH won't allow this as they do want to protect some of their USP (and I see their point, why on earth would LH do this?!). The only non-LH HONs / LH F pax allowed into an FCL are Amex Cent card holders flying LH biz.
