I paid for Turkish Airlines tickets for a Thai lady to travel to GRU from Thailand. The plan was to meet at IST and then fly to Brazil.

Unfortunately, the staff at Suvarnabhumi Airport would not allow her to check in. It happened that her ticket to GRU, and her return ticket to BKK, were both one way, ie not on the same PNR.

So, I bought her a new round trip ticket. The Turkish Airlines staff wouldn't honor the new ticket because reasons.

Now I have to fight with them for a refund.
