Assuming there is no need for you to go landside and any checked bags are checked thro, you will follow the purple signs for flight connections t2/3/4. Get the airside bus to t3. Thro security and then in to the airside departures area.
you have access to the ba j & f, QF J, CX j & f, and aa j & f lounges in t3. You can visit as many as you like.
