BA229 BWI = OPEY - insufficient spare aircraft to run this service. Cancelled around 3 hours before scheduled departure.
BA426 LUX = TECY - problem spotted before take off, cancelled 90 minutes later.

Punctuality 68% for departures, 79% for arrivals, reflecting the runway availability issues today. Busy day, 340 departures for BA and 672 for LHR.

TSAT delay average (mins): 7 Demand at the holding point, had some earlier weather avoiding, nil STAM.

Network: Nil regulation for Heathrow. High delays into Manchester due capacity and some earlier LVP's in Lisbon.

Weather: Wet and cloudy for most of the day, with a CB risk (L 00-16Z, but M far S LTMA 11-14Z). This clearing south towards the end of the day, with precipitation turning more fragmented as it moves southwards. A risk of snow/sleet on the back edge as this clears 22-24Z, but likely temperatures too mild at this time and more likely to fall as rain. A 20% risk of seeing sleet, a 10% risk of seeing snow. A 30% risk that if we do see any wintry precipitation of 0-1cm of accumulations(midnight - 0600). Light and variable winds, tending NE'ly. Increasing to gentle to moderate into the afternoon.
