Recently did a 2 week trip bouncing around a bunch of hotels. The last one posted points at half the normal rate (it's a Fairfield Inn). Checking Marriott.com, Marriott didn't suddenly lower Fairfield's to the 5x earnings instead of 10x earnings. So of course the bonus points is half of what it should be as well. Easiest way to get this resolved? It's not too many points as it was only a single night but heads up that there seem to be posting issues and/or Marriott is about to put Fairfield in the timeout corner.

Just submit it as a missing points request, and they'll fix it for you.
