Update to my Trip Interruption claim:

I swear these adjusters sometimes don't even read all the documents I submitted. I was notified that my cliam was approved. The amount was for the other half of the airfare that was not included in the credit shell.

I immediately called and the rep saw my forms for the car rental and for the rideshares and said he would flag iit for secondary review for the adjuster to look at. Clearly the adjuster just skiped over than and made a quick approval of the flight credit only...

I imagine Ill have to fight for benefit for return rental car return to the nearest location...
