from STR (ZWS) you could take the AIRRAIL-Express to FRA. A round-trip from ZWS to is FRA is EUR 48 and you will recive 1250 Miles with Exec bonus (I think these cheap fares are valid in Y only, a EUR 66 ticket in C isntīt offered anymore.) So you will recive 12500 Miles for EUR 480 for 10 round-trips.
If you book via united.com, you donīt have to pay Ticket-sevice-charge!
