Result: Success immediately at booking. Mrs WLGNZ flying back to kiwi land today. Downgraded back to PE today before departure at IAH. She is not so happy after it being confirmed for months, but understandable with the strike and paying passengers needing to get back.
ok still learning but confused here. I thought downgrades could happen if there was equipment change or change of flight for any reason. But are you saying they they can also simply change their mind and downgrade?
