Spent 3 nights earlier this month. First stay here after previous stays at the GH, HH, and the Alila 3 times. Absolutely loved this hotel. It's my go-to moving forward.

Used an SUA into the studio suite. Yes, there's no living room/bedroom separation. But the space is enormous, views are great, and they provided a rollaway free of charge.

Location is solid-to-great. Nothing to complain about and honestly there's not necessarily any better location in a rather decentralized city like KL. Sometimes we need to be in Mont Kiara, sometimes in KLCC, sometimes in PJ, sometimes Desa Park City, sometimes Bangsar. I'm still a pretty active and fit guy (went on 30-60 minute runs around the immediate area) but I was telling my wife that someday if I am far less mobile and inactive, but needing to come to KL for our business or family, I could see myself staying at the Centric and having meetings/meals at the numerous fancy restaurants connected to the hotel via skybridge. Just another interesting element to the location.

Hard product was superb. I don't consider myself an expert, however I will say the decor, aesthetic, and comfort/functionality all seemed extremely on point to me. Yes the place is very new, but it just felt good to me in every sense.

Didn't run into any service issues at all. I am pretty low maintenance though and did not require much. Just one occasion I needed to print several important business documents, was told to send it over via whatsapp, and they were waiting for me at the front desk 30 minutes later.

Breakfast was very good. Restaurant vibe is superb, I'd give the selection a 9/10 and the quality an 8/10. A notch below the GH which stands out to me as probably the best I've had.

I figure I'll be back to KL usually twice a year, and this will be my go to spot moving forward. I'm still curious about the HR and the PH so perhaps I'll check them out when given a good opportunity, but I simply cannot imagine the value being better than the Centric.
