That's correct. Qatar does not operate F service between DOH and MAD. However, in order to sit in the F cabin SYD-DOH, you'll have to book the whole trip as an F award.

PJs are the same as in business. Food and drinks are different from business, upgraded. No idea about the wash bags, I never even open them. Just bring them back for my staff, who love them.
