I just had a similar experience yesterday (Sun., Feb. 27th). I was on MH95 (LAX-TPE-KUL). Upon reboarding in TPE (where there was a crew change) I was approached by a flight steward the aisle who said:
Welcome back Mr. Roboto, may I offer you a drink before take-off?
I was barely halfway to my seat in row 2!
