Problems with economy seat selection
Hi everyone - I think I must be missing something really obvious here but I'm struggling with it. I have an upcoming economy booking with QR for 4 people, and I can't find where on "manage my booking" on the website I can change the seat selection. We're in "economy comfort" fare buckets and I have a BA gold card, which has been added to the booking. On MMB I can see the seats we've been allocated, which are rubbish, but can't for the life of me figure out how to change them. I've had slightly more joy on the mobile app, which at least gives the option, but then won't load the seat map and just says "something went wrong - please try later". If it makes any difference the booking was made via a travel agent rather than direct. Any assistance gratefully received.....
