I am so sick and tired of M&M incompetence. Still missing QP, vouchers, miles and corrections from 2025, the enquieries are not properly delt, the answers (when they actually respond) are incoherent, the retroactive requests are made wrongly and are (if) credited with errors, the M&M (SEN) hotline is useless, the bookings and flights alredy credited disappear, the promotions are never applied, the home page of M&M App is confusing, with each update (very often) it works worse and worse every time.... Why is M&M so impossible to deal with? Why do we have to claim everything which is supposed to be automatic and correct? I am so tired of all this b****..... Why are they so slow? Do their employees really know the company they work for and are updated with the rules and conditions? Who is responsible, which instance is above M&M? Last but not least, all flights on LH/LX from 2026 are now posting without miles!!! What is going on? This is beyond any common sence.
