I wouldn’t hold your breath, the timeline has already slipped.
You will find a table at a cafe landside if you need it, the DAA are actively trying to ensure there are outlets available near seating areas but it can be tricky to find one.
There are some hotels nearby but you’d have to get the shuttle or walk the 10-15 minutes to the Maldron or Clayton hotels.
