It's in the regular Chase offers section and you just need to add it to the card like any other offer. AFAIK, this offer only shows up on the personal CSR.

I added mine already and it shows up with a green Exclusive tag next to it (as does the 100% off Calm offer) which I take to mean that this is an exclusive offer for CSR card holders.
