ive been looking all over for a solution because chase benefit implementation is so WACK just like their EDIT.
so what was the solution? did u just let the 2 CSR cards sit in ur lyft accnt?
there are no clear instructions but it def seems u can use BOTH cards on 1 account.
As I mentioned in the last post you quoted from me, the CSRB $10 lyft credit just showed up on its own at the very end of July. Going forward I got $10 × 2 discounts every month without any issue and they are easily applied even to the same ride when the price is above $10 (which it usually is) as long as CSR is selected as the payment method. If the ride is above $10 but below $20, the ride will be fully covered and the remaining amount can be used towards the next ride. This is unlike other Chase credits such as Instacart and Doordash where each $20/$10 needs to be used separately and they don't allow you to combine them, so it's a breath of fresh air that in this case they do.
The only thing I really dislike about this benefit is that I can't pay any amount above the $20 discount using Lyft cash or another card such as United that has rideshare credits. If I'm taking a longer trip that for example costs $30 and I switch the payment method during the ride to Lyft Cash then after the ride the full $30 will be paid using Lyft Cash and the CSR $20 discounts will be removed even though they had been showing as applied when requesting the ride (but they can be used again the next time I need a ride as long as the payment method is CSR and not switched to Lyft Cash or anything else).

Yes, I do and have discussed it in the Doordash benefit thread.
