So I thought I'd add my new CSRB and get the $10 credit from that to pretty much cover the ride.

After I added the card I was shown a screen (and also got an email) with the benefits I'd be getting from this card including the $120 total annual credits. However, when requesting a ride with my CSRB selected as the payment method it wasn't giving me any $10 credit. Being that I was running late, I just switched to have the ride to have it charged to my United card to use that $8 credit instead.

It's now several hours later and when I try to request a ride with the CSRB it's still not giving me the $10. The terms don't say anything about not having the credit twice on the same Lyft account, only that "one $10 credit per card account may be redeemed each month". So if I get once from CSR and once from CSRB that's one per card account. Full terms from the email:

Since Chase is saying that Lyft is responsible for administering this benefit, I reached out to Lyft via chat as that was the only way I could get to anyone there. The first rep told me to delete the card, create a business profile and add the card back. I did that and not only did I not get the $10 credit to show up but the pricing was much higher due to Dashpass and Lyft pink discounts not being applied. I deleted the business profile together with the card.

Back to the drawing board. I re-opened the chat and told them this solution didn't work. So this rep tells me that my card ending in xxxx is my personal and business card and I already got the $10 credit for it. I could not believe that I had to argue with him that this was ONLY a personal card and it's not even possible for a card to be both personal and business. I ended up sending a picture of each card with only the last 4 digits of the cards showing to prove that xxxx was personal and the other one that had my company name and Infinite Business on the lower right was business. Got a different rep to take over but this one was of no help either. Kept on insisting that the $10 credit was once per Lyft account even though the terms say once per card account. They sent me to the following link to prove that it's only once per Lyft account but actually ended up proving the opposite: https://www.lyft.com/chase

Still waiting for a resolution .

ETA: Was told the $10 credit for the business card will begin for August although I'm not going to bank on it. Not worth my time anymore to continue pursuing this, but I don't think this is fair/ right at all and have sent Chase a secure message telling them as much. Very sloppy administration of this benefit to say the least.

i can not believe ur literally the only person talking about this issue.

im pretty sure tons of pple have both CSR + CSRB just like amex plats.

ive been looking all over for a solution because chase benefit implementation is so WACK just like their EDIT.

so what was the solution? did u just let the 2 CSR cards sit in ur lyft accnt?

there are no clear instructions but it def seems u can use BOTH cards on 1 account.
