While I understand the frustration as I am using DUB, there is nothing staff can do. They are not LH/LX staff.
LH group did not prepared anything before the lounge closure and did not manage to work with the DAA to sort out alternative lounge access elsewhere for certain pax.
Good advice, LHG are very switched off when it comes to Lounge provision at outstations
