The trout dish was served last Monday on CDG-AMS flight. I left the trout untouched. The shrimp dish was served previous Thursday on AMS-CDG flight. It seems indeed, that the catering issue has been solved. The same I can not say HEL-AMS and AMS-HEL KLM flights the same dates. Wander boxes never fail to surprise by the lack of quality. It is such a pity that AF drops the morning HEL-CDG and late evening CDG-HEL flights from the roster in the end of Feb. Probably have to resort to SK-AF-codeshares after that.
or may be fly AY which has 4 flights to Paris and a proper business class food with hoot options that you can preorder online… luckily, using ovens is not a big issue with Finnish or Scandinavian cabin crews.
Was on an CDG-OSL tonight, 4 rows of Business. The cabin crew at the front worked much longer than AF cabin crews for the same number of rows: a drink service, heating food then main meal service… no one has died!
