What do you mean by this? The width difference between A B and updated D is negligible.
6th runway has also been shelved for the indefinite future. Expansion is likely to be through a whole new terminal near where the D terminal modules were being constructed. But at the moment, the terminal capacity exceeds their needs for at least a decade since WN scaled back.
