IST check-in
Remember that the traffic at IST can be horrendous. It once took me 45 minutes from the SAS Radission at the end of the runway to the airport check-in counter. I missed the flight as I had only allowed 40 minutes prior to desk closure. I class ticket, oops, start again and out with the credit card.
I would allow plenty of time to get to the airport! Once there, the new terminal is very good and the lounge (which I got to spend many hours in waiting for the next flight) was very good.
