Thank you, that has also been unavailable at various times (and tried various browsers) over the last few days. I know they answer the phone relatively quickly but it does seem odd all the alternative methods are not available at present.
In the past, the agents on chat and phone would deny upgrade\downgrade options (even though they were okay). So if you can find a working link and do it yourself that is greatly preferred.
