Of course there is some fault on the passenger. But the audience of this website is people that are frequent travelers, if you have someone that does not fly much at all or a native English speaker, you’d think there would be enough safe guards in place by the airline to not allow something like this to happen. I mean we are talking about an international airport and not everyone in this world speaks English. And the vast majority of the traveling public do not fly that often.
