I'm going to add my bits here.

I have the BofA Elite Visa Infintie card that has a slightly modified/special Priority Pass membership. Unlimited guests.
The Priority Pass app with THAT membership login/card says:

"Members will be able to use one of their inclusive or pay as you to visit entitlements to visit one US Chase Sapphire Lounge by the Club location once per calendar year, subject to availability. Guest visit and any additional visits over and above the one entry entitlement will be charged a preferential rate of US$75, payable to the lounge."

That seems to imply that a GUEST is permitted albeit at a charge?

But other sites seem to say "no guest" privileges:

"Priority Pass members without a qualifying Chase card, such as those with the American Express Platinum or Capital One Venture X card, can access the Sapphire Lounge for one free visit per calendar year without guest privileges."

I don't know if anyone has ever tried to bring a guest in and pay the $75 fee?
