Between the free credit monitoring sites(Credit Karma, ect), and all my different CC, and bank accounts, I already get 2-5 emails anytime I do a credit pull, or a new account hits my credit report. I also get dark web reports from one of my banks, I forget which one. Also my employeer gives us a free identity theft insurance policy as a benefit.

And you can go online and freeze your credit for free.

So no, I don't sign up for all of the free services they offer after a breach.
