I'd consider using a Hilton Fox Luxury agent (I'm one, but no need to use me) and they should be able to get you a better price, FYI. My client last weekend saved 1.2kUSD on 7 nights between our rate and the same package on a base BV.

But regardless, half board under that package is either daily buffet at Atoll, or a choice of 3 course menu at a variety of restaurants (with some specific choices having a surcharge) or ??175USD of credit per person at any other dining venue, such as Ithaa etc.
