Not a single new build BA ordered A320-232 has been retired. Retirals have all been ex BMED, BMI or from the 1980s BCAL order. The 1st A320 BA ordered in their own right was from G-EUUA, and they do look after their own purchases.

But G-EUUA dates from 2001 (I remember it new, they had changed the tail logo), so we're nearly there.....
