on a serious note 1- bring back the ability to print BPs at kiosks
2- bring back Woodford Reserve
3- triple (at least) the IT budget, and pay what it takes to hire and retain top talent across that department … that includes uptime guarantees for infrastructure and services
I forgot about #1...I agree... really annoying especially when traveling with my kids who have no desire to have the AS app on their phones. I would rather just hand them their paper boarding pass without having to ask an agent for one.
