my job — if I found myself running AS, I’d sure question a lot of my decisions over a lot of years

on a serious note
1- bring back the ability to print BPs at kiosks
2- bring back Woodford Reserve
3- triple (at least) the IT budget, and pay what it takes to hire and retain top talent across that department … that includes uptime guarantees for infrastructure and services
