Recently, I'd say Fresh Creek on Andros Is, Bahamas (ASD). Customs & Immigration buildingis about 200 sq. ft., departure area is maybe 400 but in a separate building. A close runner up if not equal is Christmas Is. in the Republic of Kiribati out in the Pacific. One international flight a week and it is strictly fishermen. Back in the mid 70's when working in SE Asia I flew into Balikpapan frequently where they had to stop vehicle traffic whenever the plane landed from Jakarta once a day. Union Oil ran their own flight from Singapore, a 727, once a week. Wish I had some photos to share!
