I was under the impression that the CSUs can only be extended once. I was denied an extension on one CSU because the agent told me it had already been extended. He said he couldn't extend it again. (I didn't keep track then, but I do now!) Anyhow, I finally pressured him into giving me some bonus pts if he couldn't extend my expiring CSU. I got 5000 points.
