Just like anyone and situation in life, it depends!
How busy or distracted they are, how their day is going in all aspects of their life.
Ckin staff have ranged from incredible to bored.
A different passenger in a different moment may well have a different experience than mine.
Only time I used Concierge to check in was YUL last Feb when travelling with our 84yo friend who was two days out of hip surgery.
Having the space to maneuver and person to line transfer from one wheelchair to another and then lining up wheelchair pusher was nice.
That Concierge was nice, as most of the ckin people have been as well
