The eldest is not too much different age wise from the recently departed A319's. And I'm assuming the cycles are around the same too, having been used on similar routes around Europe.
Of course, a few have gone to Gatwick already, but still, the first retirement must only be a couple of years away at most.
BA have been retiring A320s since 2006. The first was delivered in 1988. If the Planespotters website is accurate there have been 36 retirements of the A320-100 and -200 so far.
