However, between concierge office check-in assistance being advertised as a perk per the Air Canada Signature Service webpage and the fact that pet check-in could potentially have additional complications (the airline advises arriving 30 min earlier than the regular recommended check-in time), I'm not ruling it out.
That being said, if there's any insight as to the friendliness/service levels between priority check-in and the concierge office specifically, I would appreciate hearing about it.
