Thanks for the additional details! Those suites are long gone. In fact, for the mid-August dates we're eyeing, the only resorts that have suite upgrade availability are Zelia, Algarve, and Biarritz (and potentially some AIs, I haven't checked). Your Kotor report sounds lovely, but I'm not sure how empty that beach is in peak season.
