Hyatt not taking money on Mr and Mrs Smith reservations
Made 3 reservations for same MRSmith property, all back-to-back. All reservations appeared on Hyatt.App and Hyatt.com, and all had terms that 2 days prior to stay, Hyatt will charge the money against card used for the booking. I've done this another time back in 2025 and worked as stated.
First stay was longest, and Hyatt charged the card two days ahead of first night. Correct. no problem
Second and Third stays, Hyatt has NOT YET charged the card and i'm at the property. Have emailed Hyatt Concierge and Consumer Affairs, still waiting their response.
Bookings made on Hyatt.com so the MRS property cannot charge to my card, it must be done by Hyatt.
Anyone have this experience?
