An utterly worthless partnership so far as I'm concerned.
Absolutely agree! As a loyal Hyatt member, I’ve always appreciated the transparency of their services. However, I’m deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency in this particular case. I’ve discovered over a dozen Mr. and Mrs. Smith hotels (Asbury NJ, Costa Rica, Morroco, Nantucket just to name a few) are advertised as best rate, which is actually several hundreds more per night through Hyatt than booking directly. To make matters worse, I have a trip in May (booked before I realized this whole scam) and booked one week at two different Mr. and Mrs. Smith locations without questioning the prices. The amount I overpaid is simply outrageous.
