It should be noted that the THB 500 reduced price of breakfast would be offered at check-in and that is the price if one accepts it for the entire stay (meaning every day of your stay).

If that's not offered or one declines the offer, one would be charged the "normal" price of THB 1500 for breakfast on a "walk-in" basis.

(IMO, it's well worth THB 500; it's not worth THB 1500.)
