Just saw this property on a map search, and surprised to see three Hyatts in the SWB area. It's amusing that it's on the Unscripted brand page even before the OG Unscripted hotel (Durham NC) is.

It also makes a lot of sense that the odd-duck Hyatt Place in plush Lake Forest, Ill. was reassigned.
