If it was a scheduled passenger flight, and there is an airport code (DIO), but the landing is on frozen sea ice, is it an airport?
Diomede, Alaska---for the most part service is now only by post office chartered helicopter due to the sea ice not being suitable anymore for sea ice runway construction
