Thanks Taupo, I just did and the agent had no idea what was going on. I kindly requested her to remove and reapply the credits but it gave her an error when reapplying and said I now needed to pay the $200 add on fee. (which would make sense as im no longer SE) She put me on hold and after 20 mins the upgrade cleared without the co-pay whilst I was still on hold. She came back on and after explaining what had just happened she was surprised, I thanked her and ended the call. AC IT must have done something in the background!
