My flight QR83 (BER-DOH) was cancelled, and the earlier flight doesn't work for me as I'm still within my timeframe. The next closest cities would be Hamburg (flight already full) and Hanover (with BA to London and then onward with QR). Can I request to be rebooked from Hanover with a layover, or what is QR's policy on codeshare flights?
