Someone would assume it is to help getting a BRG claim through by helping with what site to use etc etc. As that's what majority of the thread is for.
If it's specifically about their BRG program, then it's a bit of common sense that the Marriot site directly would have most if not all answers.
EDIT: just realised "Lurkers" are referred to the Marriot staff within the site. I stand corrected
