We (three guests) have a confirmed upgrade for a club lounge access suite. Normally, as a titanium, we get breakfast for two, often in a restaurant or lounge. Does the lounge access mean we all get breakfast in the lounge, or is the restaurant also an option?

EDIT: This ended up being a point of confusion at checkout. They offered to put another bed in the room for 1,700baht a night, but we declined. They tried to charge us for the extra bed at checkout, which was odd since they didn't provide one. Then they said we were getting a deal since they did not charge us for a 3rd person at the lounge. I objected to this, since they should have made the cost clear when we checked in. I had assumed the upgrade to Club Access Suite meant all in the room were granted access. They agreed the lounge charges should have been explained and waved the charge.
