I made a series of bookings under the Prive 15pct off (non-refundable) discounted rate, and I'm being told by the Hyatt reservations line (including a supervisor) that the rate has been flagged as a non-eligible rate, so I cannot apply awards and I will not get the points.

Mind blown. Off I go to contact the TA, but I'm just truly amazed how this could have happened?
