I am assuming you mean >20USD. Hombre, if you're currently paying for a US line, and 4USD/GB seems like a good offer... consider prepaid in the US where you can get half that rate!

For prepaid in AR and CL, go to the Claro and Movistar websites for each country. For example, Movistar in AR is 7 ARS (5 USD~) 10GB for a recharge. If I recall correctly, Movistar in Chile was 16 GB for 10USD~.

From my limited eperience, online eSIM companies will almost always be more expensive than buying directly from the local carrier because they are targeting the tourist with fatter pockets. And roaming through a foreign carrier will likely be the same if not more.
