This is for a latitude booking upgraded at the time of reservation. Months ago.

We both got this e-mail when picking the menu. Then again when either cancelling or rebooking another trip.
And you will probably get one around check-in, and maybe after. I received these in Dec prior to a trip. Same as you - latitude upgraded months in advance. My original worry was that something happened and our e ups got removed. Luckily that wasn't the case. But I don't know what/why they generate these.
