We have a HND-ORD F flight in August booked with AA miles. We've moved our plans around and now ending the trip in Osaka. The HND-ORD flight leaves at 1pm and we are thinking of booking a 7:20am ITM-HND flight in Business class. My question is will JAL check our bags all the way to ORD? I'm not a huge fan of separate tickets but that seems like more than enough time. I have been watching to see if JAL would release some seats to AA but no dice so far. The business class seats are $122 but would feel better if I was on one ticket.
