it seems like re-selection IS the issue... for some reason i thought i had to reselect airline again even though it's been united for a few years already and i haven't touched it, and this happens

Type of Card: Personal Platinum
Type of Purchase: United Travel Bank
Date of Purchase: 1/26/26
Amount of Purchase: $100
Date of Credit: N/A - per CS it's a "special service ticket" type and thus didn't qualify, but it shows as flight originating from ORD like all my past travelbank funds...
